We work almost exclusively with existing clients and only by referral. However, we do accept a limited number of projects from new clients who have high quality projects. We specialize in bringing sources of alternative capital to the table that create the greatest opportunities for our clients and solve their toughest problems. Our clients fit two categories. They are either companies needing to source funding for themselves or they are investors and lenders who want to exit their current position in companies.

Nick Ragle originally founded Ragle Sustainable Technology Sales Agency, LLC in 2011 and serves as Managing Member, based in Asheville, North Carolina. Over the years, the company has expanded it's scope and is now better known as RST Agency, LLC which does due diligence, underwriting, syndication and consulting for energy, infrastructure and real estate projects. Specializing in projects over $3 million, we have funded and worked on over $3 billion in business.
The money comes from our network of high net worth individuals, wealthy family offices, insurance companies and other private funds with whom we have direct and very close relationships. We review and verify the information in the project, including the financial modeling, to determine the proper capital structure as well as which of our sources will do the project based on their interests and required returns.
